That doesn't leave room to take on outside bookings that week. If you need coverage during that window, I'm happy to refer trusted colleagues.

All the time. I'm very comfortable working from a tight shot list, creative brief, or a strict production schedule. On bigger campaigns where photo and video teams need to move as one unit, I often step into a producer role to keep everyone on track.

After 18 years behind the camera, I can handle most large-scale events and commercial jobs entirely on my own with high efficiency. If a massive, multi-stage activation calls for extra boots on the ground, I bring in trusted local pros I’ve worked with for years.

I carry an active Working at Heights certification, my own full PPE kit (high-vis, non-magnetic safety boots, eye and ear protection), a 2 million dollar commercial general liability policy, and a separate 2 million dollar drone policy. I can send certificates straight to your site safety officer whenever needed.

Every project is priced custom based on scope, deliverables, and licensing requirements, with a baseline minimum service charge to cover production and post. Dates are locked in on a first-come basis, and bookings may require a retainer fee depending on the schedule. While major corporate events are often booked months out, reach out even if it's last-minute—if my schedule allows, I'll make it happen.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before call time without penalty. Retainer fees are non-refundable, but they roll over as a direct credit toward your rescheduled date.
