Holiday Heroes/w Fashion Santa
Charitable initiatives and nationwide public art campaigns require powerful visual storytelling to drive community engagement. Specifically, I volunteered my time and photography services to partner with OutFront Media Canada and Fashion Santa (Paul Mason) for the inspiring “Heroes In Black: Holiday Heroes” holiday campaign.
This nationwide outreach program united communities across Canada to distribute holiday gifts to the homeless on Christmas Day. Furthermore, as the official campaign photographer, my role was to capture striking commercial portraits during a dynamic downtown Toronto shoot. The resulting visuals were showcased on massive national billboards throughout the 2017 holiday season. Moreover, high-traffic digital and static placements in Toronto included Yonge-Dundas Square, Exhibition GO station along the Gardiner Expressway, and Yonge & Eglinton. You can explore similar commercial projects within my Toronto commercial photography portfolio.
Commercial Campaign Photography & Volunteer Scope:
Executing high-impact portrait photography for a major nationwide public awareness campaign demands rigorous technical preparation, environmental control, and creative direction. Therefore, my production scope for this volunteer initiative included:
- Commercial Portrait Direction: I directed Paul Mason (Fashion Santa) across various downtown Toronto locations to capture striking, compassionate imagery tailored for large-scale outdoor display.
- Campaign Asset Creation: I produced polished, high-resolution photographic assets optimized specifically for national outdoor media formats and massive billboard dimensions.
- Charitable Community Support: I donated professional creative time and commercial expertise to amplify a vital nationwide holiday outreach program.
- National Visual Syndication: I supplied versatile assets successfully deployed across high-traffic urban corridors, transit lines, and digital media channels.
