Luxury spirits brand activations and culinary pairings require a sophisticated, unobtrusive approach to document guest engagement and fine dining. Specifically, I was commissioned to photograph an exclusive House of Suntory showcase and tasting dinner featuring Roku Gin, held at Akira Back in Toronto.

The high-profile evening brought together a select group of Toronto influencers to experience a multi-course sushi dinner masterfully paired with craft Japanese Roku Gin cocktails. Furthermore, working completely flash-free was vital to preserving the intimate ambiance, relying entirely on natural and environmental light. My role was to capture authentic guest interactions, beautiful culinary presentations, and signature brand touchpoints.
